Handcrafted in the UNESCO-recognized heritage village of Raghurajpur, this artwork portrays the sacred cosmic tree surrounded by avian life, dancing deer, and forest deities. The canvas ('Patti') is forged from layers of indigenous cotton cloth bound with tamarind seed paste and crushed sea-shell powder, polished with smooth river pebbles until a porcelain-like surface is achieved.

Artisan Lore & Symbolism:Every color in this painting is harvested directly from nature: white from crushed sea conch shells, deep black from burning mustard oil lamps, yellow from Hingula stones, and green from crushed wild herb leaves. This ancient technique ensures the painting retains its vivid radiance for generations without fading.
